• Store & advertising data: the Shopify catalog, products, orders, and ad-account metrics our apps need to create, run, and optimize your campaigns.
• Usage & device data: your IP address, browser type and version, the pages of the Service you visit, the time and date and duration of your visit, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device; we (and providers acting for us) also use beacons, tags, and scripts to operate and analyze the Service. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the Service may then not work. Examples of cookies we use:

Revengers Studio LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. If you are located outside the United States, please note that we transfer and process your information, including Personal Data, in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate, where data-protection laws may differ from yours. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in line with this policy. Your submission of information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Service providers

We work with third parties to operate the Service, including Shopify (account, billing, and store data), Meta (to deliver and measure your campaigns), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. They access your data only to perform tasks on our behalf, are obligated not to use it for any other purpose, and act under their own terms.

Analytics

We may use third-party analytics, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the Service is used. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and you can review Google’s practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

Security of your data

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, restricted access, and other commercially reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required to meet legal obligations. Uninstalling the app stops new data collection, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your GDPR rights

If you are in the EEA/UK, you are entitled to the following rights over your personal data. If you make a request, we have one month to respond:

• The right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or complete incomplete data.
